The specific cookies and similar technologies we rely on include:

• Authentication & session (strictly necessary) — set by our sign-in system to keep you logged in and to protect your session. These expire when you sign out or after the session ends.
• Security & preferences (strictly necessary) — remember essential choices and help us detect abuse.
• Product analytics (analytics) — set by our analytics tools to measure feature usage, performance, and errors so we can improve the product.
• Referral tracking (analytics) — a referral identifier used to credit partners who refer new customers; it carries no sensitive personal data.

Some of these are set directly by adm8 (first-party) and some by the processors who provide these capabilities on our behalf (third-party). The exact names and lifetimes can change as we update our tooling.

4. How we use cookie data

We use cookies to authenticate and secure your account, to keep the Service running reliably, to understand and improve how features are used, and to attribute referrals. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to sell your data.

5. Managing your preferences

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of adm8 after an update means you accept the revised policy.
